Get these:
Carrot – 100 gm [chopped]
Green Bell Pepper – 100 gm [chopped and remove seeds]
Mushrooms – 250 gm [sliced into equal halves]
Olive Oil – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Cloves – 4 [finely chopped]
Salt – enough to satisfy your taste
Procedure:
1. Take a pan (preferably non-stick)
2. Add olive oil 1/2 tsp
3. Add 4 chopped garlic cloves
4. Stir for 1 minute
5. Now, add chopped carrot, green bell peppers, and mushrooms
6. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat
7. Add salt as per taste
8. Turn off the heat
