For many years we have been learning that healthy lifestyle can bring happiness. But if we observe closely, we will see that a healthy lifestyle is achieved by being happy.

It could be activities like travelling, pampering yourself with a lovely massage, working out, cooking, dancing, enjoying coffee with your bestie, or doing anything that makes you feel empowered and rejuvenated and not something that you do out of mere need to get over with your day!
Do not indulge yourself in activities like sipping alcohol, eating unhealthy food as they might be definitely enjoyable for that certain moment but can never bring real happiness.
2. Communicate: Communication as we all know plays a very important role while it helps us release stress. So, do not just sit and feed the volcano inside you. Talk or share instead, as it enhances your relationships and connects with people. Communicate with your family member who you love talking to, friends who make you feel wonderful, partner that is emotionally available. You can even meet a counsellor who would allow you time to talk, cry, shout and never even judge you. Be around people who adds to your positive nature.
There are again many shy ones who would write their emotions in a diary. Do that if you are one of them but make sure to share, to feel light in your head and come back strong again.
3. Power of Resilience: We have our portion of ups and down in our lives and only with our power of resilience can we create the best from the difficult moments we experience. So instead of mourning and digging your own hole with the depth of sorrowful talk, try to rise up and be resilient and grow stronger. Stop talking about negative things around you because we have our positive moments too. Absorb the strength that you see around and polish yourself to learn the art of being resilient instead.
4. Be Mindful: We humans have been born with this amazing quality of being able to stay mindful and reconnecting ourselves with our bodies and all different senses we experience while we see, hear, smell and taste.
Live in the present moment and enjoy the world around and learn more about yourself. Most of us are busy trying to observe others and even if not really knowing them we try to talk and for no reason try to learn about them.
Instead, find time and take efforts to learn about yourself and find peace from within, be mindful. Slowly you will notice how productive you have become and that thoughts no more control your happiness every day you see yourself dealing better with stress and anxiety.
