1. CHECK WHAT YOU EAT WITH THESE HEALTH TIPS:
Make sure that your diet contains every ingredient like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, protein and even essential fatty acids.
Instead of mutton or beef try tuna, salmon or any other fish steaks. Chicken or turkey burger made at home with home made ingredients is a better choice. It is also fun cooking yourself alone or can get better with your family.
What more can get better for your kids, when they start learning what is healthy right with you, in their own very own kitchen. Be the hero of your child.

2. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR:
Everyone of us wants to stay lively when it comes to celebrations and specially during the big ones, one of them being the new year. This is the time of the year when you are with your family and friends.
Guess what, if you get cranky and your body gets into pain you would not be enjoying the moments to the fullest. So, here comes your doctor who can rescue you. No more sitting like the strongest person by bearing the pain at home. Rather, take your problems to your doctor and get a solution.
This is specially for all those men and women who have been taught to be the protector of their families and during this course of life, they tend to forget taking care of themselves. So, now on make sure that you will take out time for yourself and visit the doctor if you are not feeling healthy even in it’s mildest way, cause you never know how pain grows to a worse condition.

Everyone is going through some or the other form of stress. This is very harmful for men as they intend to hold it inside. So, all you men out there try to release stress by talking out about it to someone who understands you rather than manifesting it and opening the doors for some fatal reaction in your body.
Research has shown that stress can lead to negative influence on nervous, cardiovascular, immune and even digestive systems.

4. STAY ACTIVE:
Getting out of your bed, brushing your teeth, getting ready for office, driving your car or riding your bike to office in bad traffic, working at office, attending meetings and calls, eating, all these activities clubbed together will not burn more than 100-200 calories in a day.
